Parent Panel User Guide

The Parent Panel allows parents and guardians to monitor their children's academic progress, attendance, fees, and exam results.

Dashboard

Upon login, you'll see your personalized Parent Dashboard with three main widgets:

Children Overview Widget
  • Child name
  • Program/Course enrolled
  • Current semester
  • Academic status

  • Attendance percentage per child
  • Recent attendance records
  • Low attendance alerts
Children Fees Widget
  • Total dues per child
  • Payment status
  • Upcoming due dates

View all children linked to your account.

Viewing Children

  1. Click Children in the sidebar
  2. See the list with:
    • Name
    • Roll Number
    • Program
    • Batch
    • Section
    • Status (Active, Graduated, etc.)

Child Attendance

Monitor your children's class attendance.

Important Thresholds

  • 75%+: Good standing

  • GPA (Grade Point Average): Calculated per semester, weighted by course credits
  • CGPA (Cumulative GPA): Average across all semesters, overall academic performance indicator
