Parent Panel User Guide

The Parent Panel allows parents and guardians to monitor their children's academic progress, attendance, fees, and exam results.

Dashboard

Upon login, you'll see your personalized Parent Dashboard with three main widgets:

View all children linked to your account.

Viewing Children

1. Click Children in the sidebar
2. See the list with:
   • Name
   • Roll Number
   • Program
   • Batch
   • Section
   • Status (Active, Graduated, etc.)

Relationship Types

• Father
• Mother
• Guardian
• Grandfather/Grandmother
• Uncle/Aunt
• Other

Child Attendance

Monitor your children's class attendance.

Attendance Status

Child Fees

Understanding GPA/CGPA

• GPA (Grade Point Average): Calculated per semester, weighted by course credits
• CGPA (Cumulative GPA): Average across all semesters, overall academic performance indicator

If you have multiple children enrolled:

• Most screens have a child selector filter
• Dashboard shows all children summary
• Click on specific child for details
