Upon login, you'll see your personalized Student Dashboard with three main widgets:

  • Current GPA
  • CGPA (Cumulative GPA)
  • Total Credits earned
  • Attendance Average

  • Course
  • Date and time
  • Room number

Viewing Enrollments

  1. Click My Enrollments in the sidebar
  2. See your course list with:
    • Course Name
    • Course Code
    • Semester
    • Section
    • Faculty Name
    • Enrollment Status

Enrollment Statuses

Understanding Attendance Status

Attendance Percentage

Important
Attendance % = (Present + Late) / Total Classes × 100

Most institutions require minimum 75% attendance to be eligible for exams.

View your fee assignments, payments, and outstanding dues.

Understanding Fee Status

PendingPayment not yet due
PartialSome amount paid, balance remaining

OverduePast due date with balance remaining

Fee Calculation

Balance = Total Amount - Discount - Paid Amount

Fee Types

  • Tuition Fee: Academic instruction
  • Lab Fee: Laboratory facilities
  • Library Fee: Library access
  • Sports Fee: Sports facilities
  • Exam Fee: Examination charges
  • Hostel Fee: Accommodation (if applicable)
  • Transport Fee: Bus service (if applicable)

Making Payments

  1. Note the total due amount
  2. Visit the accounts office
  3. Pay via accepted methods: Cash, Cheque, Bank Transfer, Card, UPI
  4. Collect your receipt

Payments are recorded by the accounts office. Allow 24-48 hours for updates to appear in your portal.

  • Total Marks: Maximum possible score
  • Marks Obtained: Your score
  • Passing Marks: Minimum to pass
  • Percentage: (Obtained / Total) × 100

GPA Calculation

Semester GPA Formula
GPA = Σ(Grade Points × Credit Hours) / Σ(Credit Hours)

Example:

Troubleshooting

IssueSolution
"Enrollment not showing" May be processing by administration. Contact registrar's office.
"Attendance incorrect" Note the date and course. Contact the respective faculty.
"Payment not reflected" Allow 24-48 hours for processing. Keep receipt as proof.
"Results not visible" Results may not be published yet. Check with faculty on publication date.
